Desert View Memorial Park is a tranquil cemetery and an oasis in the desert. Desert View Funeral Home in Victorville, California, was established in 1978 by William Truscott and Robert Hinze of the Mt. View Cemetery Corporation. Together, they procured land in Hesperia and Victorville, which they believed to be the area with the greatest potential for growth, turning nothing but sand and tumbleweeds into the site of today's beautiful Desert View Funeral Home and Desert View Memorial Park.
