It was founded in 1930 and commands a peaceful view of the surrounding rolling hillsides on the east side of Council Bluffs, Iowa. The cemetery is maintained and managed by the staff of Walnut Hill Cemetery, 1350 East Pierce Street, Council Bluffs, IA, 51503.
